The Grandpa Soap Co. Donates 5,000 Bars of Soap to Cincinnati Youth
On August 22, 2016 The Grandpa Soap Company and its employees attended The Cincinnati Reds vs Dodgers Baseball Game. Though the game ended in a loss for The Cincinnati Reds, the day left with lots of winners! In the 2016 season, The Grandpa Soap Company proudly sponsored the home town heroes, as the official “handlebar mustache” Sponsor. Grandpa’s is celebrating over 138 years of being Mustache and Beard approved by enthusiast both on and off the baseball field.
The Reds welcomed The Grandpa Soap Company and its colleagues to an on-field presentation at Monday’s game to celebrate Grandpa’s Famous Pine Tar Wonder Soap and recognize their continuous operation for 138 years in Reds Country. The Grandpa Soap Company exhibited their support of local youth baseball with a donation of 5,000 bars of soap to the participants of the many youth programs of the Reds Community Fund.
Making the ceremonial donation of Grandpa’s Pine Tar Wonder Soap, was Financial Controller, Raymond McLain and Product Development Manager, Kim Greer. Accepting, on behalf of the Reds Community Fund, was Executive Director Charley Frank.
